HTML Web Page Design - Level 2 (Intermediate Level)

This course is designed for students who know the basics of XHTML and have attempted to design at least one simple web page in XHTML. Students will learn more advanced features of XHTML including how to create lists, how to create non-breaking spaces and other special characters and how to insert an image as part of your web page, as a background to your web page or as a background to one of your tables. ARE YOU READY? You are ready for this class if you have taken HTML Web Page Design - Level 1 or have some HTML experience/knowledge. Typing skills are necessary. SOFTWARE NEEDED TO USE THESE SKILLS AT HOME: Windows Notepad & Windows FTP Services. To publish your web site you will need a hosting service. If you wish to make changes to your existing site, please bring along your FTP user name and password.
