In this class, you will learn how to make it easy for Google to find and index your web site. Learn more about how Internet search engines work and what pitfalls to avoid when writing web page text. Learn what items to include on your web pages and what Google is looking for when it indexes your site. Learn how to write HTML Meta tags and how to create a Google site map. Learn about Google webmaster tools and how to use them. To use these skills: Software to edit your web site with Windows XP or Vista and Internet Explorer 8 will be used but the basic concepts taught will apply to most versions of Windows and Internet Explorer.
