Basic Business Planning Concepts for a Web Based Business

This is a general class that introduces business planning concepts and how a computer can make the process easier. In this class you will learn: the importance of a business plan, how software tools jumpstart the process, ways to research your data, how to evaluate the “plan.” To use these skills: Windows XP Home, Pro or Vista and Internet Explorer 8 will be used but the basic concepts taught will apply to most versions of Windows and Internet Explorer. You will also need some type of business planning software. Business Plan Pro will be used for demonstration purposes.
